SHIPPING POLICY
All our garments are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia
We offer free shipping on orders over $100AUD and $6.95 flat fee shipping for orders under $100AUD within Australia.
All international order under $200AUD are charged $25AUD, orders over $200AUD are $35 AUD flat rate.
We ship with Sendle, we find their service to ship faster than standard Australia Post. We find their service the equivalent of Australia Post Express.
DELIVERY TIME
We pack and ship Tuesday-Friday and exclude public holidays in Melbourne, Australia. All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours during a normal business week. If you order with us on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday, your order will be dispatched on Tuesday.
There can be unexpected delays, especially in peak periods and sometimes the arrival of your parcel can be out of our control once we have dispatched it.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your order via the Sendle website found below:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are sent via Sendle, delivery times range between 10-28 business days depending where you are in the world.
Sometimes parcels can take longer than expected to arrive for international orders, depending on your postal service and customs clearance times. We are not responsible for this and customers need to be aware that we will not refund orders that take longer than expected.
COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to Covid-19 situation in Melbourne and Sydney there have been delays with all freight networks. Although all of our shipping has been running smoothly some Depots are experiencing slower operations due to social distancing protocols and some shut downs.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.
All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Sunpalm Boutique is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.
