Refund policy
We want our stylish ladies to be happy with all of your online purchases.
- The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to make sure you have enough time. Please note there are no refunds or returns on sale items.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

What if my item is faulty?
We check every item before it is dispatched but we are not always perfect. We are sorry that your item didn't arrive in perfect condition. Please email our team at hello@sunpalmboutique.com.au with the email heading FAULTY ITEM, attach a photo of the fault and provide your order number. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back to us.
Return Shipping?
As we act under Australian Consumer Law, for all returns you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we strongly recommend using a tracking number to make sure the package arrives to us.
